According to Department of Foreign Investment (Ministry of Planning and Investment), in the first six months of 2011, with the whole new capitals have been granted and increased, foreign investors registered to invest for nearly 5. 67 billion USD in Vietnam, by 62.7 percent over the same period of 2010.
